Packing	1. Fish are packed in double lined squared plastic bags kept @ an average weight of 13.5 - 18kgs per box. Most bags secured with industrial plastic bands.
	2. Plastic Bags are then placed in styrofoam box with card board box on the outside, size: 60x45x30 cm.
	3. Packing charge to be included in quote
Types of Packaging	Ordinary packing
	Individual packing (Betta, Discus, Arowana and other delicate fish)

Heatpack	Available and will be included for free if needed.
Shipping & Handling Fee	To be included in quotes
Minimum order per fish species	1/8 box
Price	Available in USD & Mauritius Rupees
Sizes	Size of fish mentioned in the Stock List does not include the tail of the fish. Body length only from head to start of the tail. The only exception is for Discus. All sizes are measured either in Inches or Centimeters. 1 inch = 2.54cm.
Payment	1. Advance payment by Bank Transfer or Cash 2. Orders paid by Cheque will only be processed once the Cheque has cleared.

Freight Charges	Freight Charges are based on the actual charges from the airline and freight forwarder. We shall not consider this charge as part of our profit.
	Shipping Rates might fluctuate at the Airlines discretion or due to changes in Currency exchange for USD

DOA Policy	Death on arrival is a simple situation in the import/export fish business, DOA rate less than 3% needs to be accepted from buyer
	All fish are well conditioned in our tanks/fish farms; if there are any DOA, you will have to inform us within 24 hrs.
	Clear reference photos needs to be sent for DOA Claims. Claim does not included shipping cost and packing charge.
	Any DOA Claims will be refunded on the next shipment.
